Cookies & tracking

This website uses no cookies. There is no tracking, no fonts loaded from third-party servers, no analytics. Therefore no cookie banner is required.

Hosting

This website is self-hosted on servers in the European Union. Hosting partners may include Hetzner Online GmbH (DE), IONOS SE (DE), or easyname GmbH (AT). Data processing under Art. 28 GDPR.

Server logs

When you visit the site, the hosting provider collects technically necessary data (IP address, date, time, requested page, browser type) for security and stability. Logs are deleted after 30 days.

Mail processing

Inquiries via the contact form are sent through our own SMTP mail server (noreply@webhoch.com, EU-hosted) and delivered exclusively to the operator's internal mailbox. No third-party mail processors are involved.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, withdrawal, and objection. Complaints can be filed with the Austrian data protection authority: www.dsb.gv.at.

The terms of the Austrian Federal Trade Group for Advertising and Marketing (Wirtschaftskammer) apply in their current version. A detailed, project-specific agreement will be made in writing before any work begins and supersedes these standard terms in case of conflict.

Quotes & contract

Quotes are non-binding. The contract is established with written confirmation or the start of service delivery.

Fees & payment

Unless otherwise agreed, billing occurs in two parts (50% on order, 50% at launch). Payment due net 14 days. Late payments incur reminder fees and interest under § 456 UGB.

Copyright & usage rights

Upon full payment, unrestricted usage rights to the delivered source code transfer to the client. Fonts, stock photos and third-party licences remain with their respective licensors.

Warranty

We warrant defect-free delivery according to statutory provisions. Defects must be reported in writing within 14 days of acceptance.

Consumers (within the meaning of the Austrian FAGG) have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us informally by email at hello@webhoch.com or in writing to the address listed in the imprint.

Expiry of the right of withdrawal: For services, the right expires when performance has begun with your express consent before the end of the period and you have acknowledged that the right is thereby lost.

If we process personal data of your patients during website maintenance or hosting, we conclude a data processing agreement (DPA) under Art. 28 GDPR before any work begins. We provide a template on request.

Engaged sub-processors (hosting, mail) are documented in a separate list and disclosed on request.

The contents of this website are created with the greatest possible care. However, no guarantee can be given for the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of all pages. As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content under § 7 (1) ECG.

Copyright: All content (text, images, code, logos) is protected by copyright. Use beyond the cases permitted by law requires our express consent.
